At Mettle Networks, we are passionate about building network infrastructure components solving security and performance challenges for enterprises and service providers. Mettle brand of products are an outcome of this constant pursuit.

Mettle Networks designs and manufactures products and provides solutions in the area of IP networking, service provisioning and bandwidth mediation under Mettle brand. Mettle Networks has deployments across industries ranging from Financial Institutions to Network Operators/MSOs.

Mettle Networks is headquartered in San Jose, California, with customer support, development and sales facilities in India and Australia.

Background

Mettle Networks was formed by a group of technology entrepreneurs from diverse background and with years of experience in the fields of networking, service provider head-end and business management. After gaining exposure from multinational companies and Silicon Valley start-ups, the core team returned to its home base in India to form their own start-up.

The start-up, named Linuxense, was formed and the initial R&D team was established. The team converted the knowledge into intellectual properties and patented products. Thus Mettle brand of products were born and started its early deployments in 2005 with service providers, enterprises, financial and stock trading institutions.

With its growing customer base and wide recognition of the Mettle brand, the organization has been renamed to Mettle Networks in January 2010.

Today, with more than one hundred enterprise and multiple service provider deployments, Mettle Networks continues to invest in R&D for its next generation products for its customers to meet business and network infrastructure challenges ahead of time.
