Limited Hardware Warranty
Mettle Networks warrants that Mettle brand of hardware products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. No warranty will apply if the Covered Hardware or Software (i) has been altered, except by Mettle Networks ; (ii) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by Mettle Networks ; or (iii) has been subjected to unreasonable physical, thermal or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident.
Paid On-site Support
